The was the first change using a 7,500 mile interval.  The oil was in remarkable condition still, not as dark or as thick as a traditional vehicle with changes more often.  The extra miles don't appear to be any concern at all, which makes sense from an engine that isn't worked hard due to the hybrid's design.

Driving over a piece of metal (which looked like the blade of a carving tool) caused a puncture-slice along the base of the tire too large to reliably be repaired.  So I took this incident as an opportunity to upgrade the tires, rather than just purchasing a replacement for the damaged standard tire.

The HydroEdge tires are premium grade.  They improve vehicle handling on both wet (rain & snow) and dry roads, as well as allowing for tighter corning abilities.  The tires should last considerably longer too.  The affect on efficiency rather is relatively minor (about 1.5 MPG lower).

The pressure I drive with these tires is 44 PSI (front) & 42 PSI (back).

The mirror that displays the projection of the speedometer/odometer cluster began to rattle.  The fix was just a matter of detaching then reattaching the dashboard section above it.  No tools were required.
