NOTE: This was my first car. It was at gift from my parents, who purchased it new knowing it was the most fuel-efficient 5-person domestic vehicle model available at the time. When I got back it May 1990 with 80,000 miles already on the odometer, the challenge to get the very best MPG began (since I couldn't afford to waste money on gas). Since then, I've learned how important reducing emissions is too.

NOTE: Lifetime MPG was calculated based on the data collected. Missing data was the result of demands from other aspects of my life interfering with my ability to keep up with record keeping. (In other words, I had no idea how valuable this information would be 12 years later.)
