Word 2007 (DOCX) format:

Right-Click this link,
(photo-quality, 635 KB), then select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As"
(depending on your browser type; one-button mouse users will need to hold the
CONTROL key also) to download the Word
version of the document file with a name extension of DOCX. |

Choose a type of paper to print on. I use this high-quality, heavyweight, matte-finish (on both sides) paper: Hewlett Packard C7007A |

Open the document. Select the print option. Click
the "Properties" button for the printer. Specify the proper Paper Type
and a Print Quality of "BEST". |

Print side #1. |

6. |
If necessary, flip & rotate the paper (so the blank side gets
printed on next and the two images get swapped). |

Print side #2. |

8. |
Cut the printouts in half, then share with others. |

This step is essential to insure both sides of the printout line up properly! The "Shrink oversized pages to paper
size" print setting must be disabled
if you want the exact size of the content to be retained; otherwise, it will be
reduced slightly when Reader adds margins of its own. Preventing this
problem is simple. All you have to do is uncheck the shrink option before
printing. The checkbox location within the print setting is
shown here. |
